Omaha Liposuction and Cosmetic Surgery
Achieving significant life-changing results.
It is important to recognize that for all medical procedures, including those performed at Imagen Body Sculpting Omaha, individual results and experiences may vary.

What is Liposuction?
Liposuction is the process of removing fat cells from under the skin with minimally-invasive suction surgery. Typically, liposuction is performed to help patients who haven’t achieved their desired shape through diet and exercise. Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center specializes in the most advanced liposuction and body contouring techniques, including SmartLipo Laser Liposuction and Vaser Liposuction.
Why SmartLipo?
• FDA approved, cutting edge technique.
• Reduce unwanted fatty deposits.
• Stimulate collagen growth for improved skin elasticity.
• Smoother, more sculpted results.
• Shorter recovery time.

Liposuction + Fat Transfer
Popularized as the “Brazilian Butt Lift,” liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks is one of Imagen’s most requested procedures in Omaha. A Brazilian Butt Lift (also known as BBL) removes fat from unwanted areas through SmartLipo Triplex or Vaser Liposuction and uses it to augment and shape your buttocks. The biggest benefits of using fat to augment your buttocks are that it is “autologous,” which means it comes from you, and that it is long-lasting.
Are You A Good Candidate For BBL?
The best candidates for BBL have enough fat to make a significant change in the size of their buttocks. You should also have good muscle tone in your natural buttocks, as this will help the surgeon build a rounder shape to your buttocks with better projection.
How Much Does BBL Cost?
The cost of a BBL depends on how many and which areas are treated with liposuction to harvest the fat. At Imagen P, we charge a flat fee for the reinjection of the fat in addition to the cost of the liposuction. A typical BBL generally runs between $9,000 and $13,000.
What Results Can You Expect From A BBL?
Results really depend on what your natural body shape is and how much fat you have to harvest. You should review realistic before and after photos with your surgeon. It is a good idea to bring in “wish” pictures so your surgeon can make sure your expectations align with what they think is possible for your case.

4D Hi-Def Liposuction Omaha
Most of us spend numerous hours at the gym and undergo frustrating diets in a quest of physical perfection. However, that perfection doesn’t come easy for most. Whether it is because of aging, genetics or other unidentified reasons, some people just aren’t able to shed that last persistent layer of fat regardless of how hard they try. What differentiates SmartLipo 4D HiDef Liposculpture from Advanced Liposculpture is the degree to which the contours of your muscles are enhanced.
The success of this procedure depends highly on extensive training in the surgical technique combined with an artful eye and an intricate knowledge of the anatomy. Dr. Frank Soto has been trained in 4D Hi Definition Liposculpture by the inventor of the procedure and is one of a handful of surgeons in the country now performing this sophisticated technique.
What To Expect From Hi-Def Lipo
• The surgeon begins by marking the areas that, when enhanced, make you look fit and toned.
• The area is numbed by infusing local anesthesia.
• The area is treated with SmartLipo laser or Vaser using a customized wavelength combination to melt the fat and smooth the skin.
• Fat is selectively reduced similar to the way an artist chisels away stone to reveal the beautiful sculpture underneath.

Body Areas Treatable With Liposuction
Almost any area of the body can be treated with liposuction, however, some areas are more popular than others. Eliminate a double-chin with lipo to the chin and neck or target unwanted “cankles” with lipo to the calves – There are a variety of options available to you. Following your free consultation, the doctors at Imagen will help create a customized plan to help you achieve your desired shape.

How Much Does Liposuction Cost?

With the support of programs like Lipo Layaway and CareCredit, in addition to our Exclusive Monthly Specials, you are one step closer to realizing your dreams of a more sculpted figure! Lipo Layaway
With Lipo Layaway, patients make a deposit and schedule their procedure up to six months in advance, then make monthly payments up to the date of their surgery.

Is Liposuction Safe?
Liposuction is the second most requested cosmetic surgical procedure and complications are very rare. A recent study in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal2 reviewed over 30,000 liposuction cases and found a complication rate of less than 1%.
What To Expect After Liposuction
The most common secondary effects caused by liposuction are bruising and swelling – This is part of the healing process. Some patients experience some numbness in the treatment area, which is usually caused by the swelling. These effects typically resolve in the weeks to months following your liposuction procedure.
Reduce Your Risks
Be Honest With Your Doctor
Be honest with your surgeon. They are your partner in this process. Let them know if you smoke or drink daily and if you use any other drugs, including prescriptions. Interactions between substances can be serious. Be sure to let them know about any medical conditions that you have and any prior surgeries that you have had as well.
Follow Post-Op Instructions
If your doctor wants you to take an antibiotic around the time of your procedure, follow their recommendations. Go to all of your post op appointments and discuss any concerns with your surgeon.
Local Anesthesia
Liposuction under general anesthesia increases your risks for medication complications and blood clots. Imagen performs liposuction under local anesthesia, which means the patient is awake during their surgery – This helps prevent risk of perforation.
Get Moving
Always be sure to get up and moving as soon as possible after your liposuction procedure. Moving around will help to prevent blood clots and also help you mobilize fluid, helping to relieve swelling.
Liposuction Recovery
Liposuction recovery can vary from patient to patient. The answer depends on several factors such as how many areas you’re having treated, diet and hydration, if you’re getting enough rest, and how demanding you are on your body every day for work/life (ie. physical therapists or parents of young children). Most of our patients are back to work just 3-4 days after SmartLipo Triplex Liposuction.
Tips For Liposuction Recovery
• Follow ALL post-op instructions!
• Keep your compression garments on at all times (apart from showering).
• Move your body – This helps decrease inflammation and promote healing. Most people who recover rapidly after liposuction tend to walk 10-15 minutes 4-5 times/day starting the day after their lipo.
• Drink a lot of water.
• Avoid salt – Salt causes your body to retain fluid, which influences swelling.
• Consume natural diuretics like cucumber, celery, parsley and pineapple – These will make you pee more, which helps process swelling.
