Patients often ask, “With so many places offering Botox in Omaha, where should I go?” Here are three tips I recommend to to anyone seeking a Botox provider…
Botox is a medication – Seek an MD
Like any medication it has potential risks and side effects associated with it. The medical doctor administering Botox must make you well aware of the potential risks and side effects. Because it is a medication it must be prescribed and administered by a licensed medical doctor or under the supervision of a medical doctor. At Imagen Body Sculpting all of our treatments are performed by our licensed and experienced medical doctors.
One size DOES NOT fit all – Get an exam first!
With Botox, “protocols” usually do not work and can lead to complications and increased risk. Because every patient is different, a physical examination by a doctor must be performed to determine the proper amount of Botox needed to achieve the desired effect. Imagen offers FREE consultations for all patients.
Avoid “Cheap Botox Clinics” or “Rebate Coupons or Injectors”
To administer Botox well, the doctor must have extensive training and extensive experience. As tempting as paying less might be, cheap Botox means the person injecting you has little or no training, and/or the Botox is over diluted. Diluted Botox (too much water) means the injections will not last as long and will have less of an effect. Imagen uses only FDA approved medical products and they are prepared according to the most effective and manufacturer recommended doses.
It’s your face and your face is your business card; It’s how you present to the world. Don’t let just anyone inject you…not matter how cheap it is. Below are some images of our patients before and after Botox or Dysport treatments.
