We understand that life gets busy, and our goal is always to help you use and benefit from your membership—not lose value. While monthly treatments do not automatically roll over, we’re happy to work with you. If you know you’ll be traveling or have a particularly busy season, we can often extend your membership credit or temporarily freeze your membership to better fit your schedule.
Yes, our memberships begin with a 6-month commitment to ensure you have time to see meaningful, consistent results. After that, your membership transitions to a convenient month-to-month agreement.
If you need to cancel within the initial 6 months, a $100 early cancellation fee applies. We also offer a 15-day grace period—if you change your mind, you may cancel by simply paying the difference between the membership pricing and standard pricing for any treatments already received.
While membership pricing is reserved exclusively for the member, you’re welcome to share the experience. You may transfer your included monthly treatment as a gift to a friend or family member—whether that’s your spouse, mom, or best friend—however, discounted member pricing on additional services remains exclusive to you.
Yes—this is one of the ways our memberships deliver even more value. Membership pricing can be combined with Alle and Aspire rewards, as well as Imagen loyalty points and referral credits.
Memberships cannot be combined with additional promotional discounts (such as military, teacher, or monthly specials). In these cases, we will always ensure you receive the best available value.
We offer flexibility when you need it. Your membership may be frozen once per year for up to 6 months if your schedule or lifestyle changes.
If you decide to cancel, simply contact our office and we’ll take care of the rest. Your cancellation will take effect at the time of notice, and no further monthly charges will occur. Any unused membership credits may still be used within their standard monthly timeframe.
